1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the GeoPulse platform, available at geo-pulse.app. GeoPulse is a tool for analyzing correlations between geopolitical events and financial markets.

GeoPulse is NOT a registered investment advisor and is not regulated by any financial authority.

The analyses, signals, and information provided by GeoPulse are based on historical correlations between geopolitical events and market movements. They do not constitute investment advice, buy or sell recommendations, or incentives to invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk of capital loss.

3. Service Description

GeoPulse provides a geopolitical intelligence dashboard correlating real-time global events with 12 financial assets via 50+ signal rules, 13 macroeconomic indicators (FRED), sentiment indices (CNN + Crypto Fear & Greed), mega-cap insider trading (Finnhub MSPR), technical indicators (RSI), an NLP engine (120+ keywords), a proprietary composite index (GeoPulse Index), and a public Truth Table verifying past signal performance.

4. Plans and Pricing

GeoPulse offers three plans: Free, Premium (15€/month), and API (49€/month). Feature details for each plan are available on the Pricing page. Prices may be modified with 30 days notice.

5. Data and Sources

GeoPulse aggregates data from third-party sources: GDELT, Finnhub, FRED (Federal Reserve), CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage, Alternative.me, CNN. GeoPulse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this data.

6. Truth Table

Signals published in the Truth Table are timestamped at creation and cannot be modified after the fact. The weight adjustment system (+5% correct / -10% wrong) is automatic and transparent. The $10K virtual portfolio is a simulation — no real money is invested.

7. Intellectual Property

All GeoPulse content (text, design, algorithms, source code) is protected by copyright. Macroeconomic data comes from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED).

8. Limitation of Liability

GeoPulse cannot be held responsible for investment decisions made by users based on information provided by the platform. Users assume full responsibility for their financial decisions.
